This project involved a comprehensive transformation of a property in West End through the construction of a two-storey side extension, combined with major internal restructuring and full external upgrades. All existing windows were replaced, and the entire house was finished in Cedral cladding to create a modern, uniform appearance. A new porch was added, providing a more practical and welcoming entrance space.

Internally, the layout was extensively reconfigured, requiring complex structural alterations and the installation of multiple steel posts and beams to open up and redistribute space effectively. The ground floor now features a large open-plan kitchen, dining and seating area to the rear, complemented by a generous lounge at the front. Additional rooms include a spacious study and a new utility room.

The first floor was expanded to create two additional bedrooms and two new bathrooms, significantly increasing the property’s functionality and appeal. The result is a modernised family home with enhanced kerb appeal, improved layout and substantial added space. These improvements have also had a notable positive impact on the overall property value.
