This project involved transforming a traditional three-bedroom detached home in Lightwater, Surrey, into a more spacious and modern residence. The scope of work included constructing a new first-floor extension above the existing ground-floor extension at the front and side of the property.

To enhance the exterior, the front elevation was finished with a striking Cedral cladding system, giving the home a sleek and contemporary look. A new porch was also added, featuring brick piers and timber posts, with the porch floor finished in high-quality porcelain tiles for a clean and durable finish.
